Purpose: To check the levelness, verticality, and slight inclination of planes or equipment. It is widely used in mechanical processing, construction, equipment installation, and other scenarios.
Core Structure
V-shaped base plane (bar type) or frame + V-shaped groove (frame type), used as the measurement reference;
Sealed glass tube level (containing liquid and bubble), to determine tilt by the position of the bubble.
Key Parameters
Graduation: Common values are 0.02 mm/m, 0.05 mm/m, 0.1 mm/m, indicating that the movement of one bubble division corresponds to the height difference over 1 meter;
Main body length: Common specifications are 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm.
Basic Features of Distance Meters
Purpose: Non-contact measurement of the distance between two points, used in construction, surveying, industrial manufacturing, interior decoration, and other fields.
Core Technical Principles
Laser distance measurement (mainstream): Calculates distance through the flight time or phase difference of laser pulses, with accuracy up to ±1 mm and a range of 0.1 m to several kilometers;
Infrared/ultrasonic distance measurement: Low cost, lower accuracy (±1–5 cm), suitable for short distances and low-demand scenarios.
